Scam Alert: Fake Website & Job Offers Impersonating Blossom Agency
We’re writing today to address something incredibly serious and urgent: someone is impersonating Blossom Agency online.
Over the past few days, we’ve been contacted by individuals who were approached by someone claiming to be affiliated with our company. These scammers are using a fake website and false communications to offer what appear to be job opportunities at Blossom Agency. After gaining trust, they proceed to scam people out of money, sometimes under the guise of onboarding fees, equipment costs, or other fabricated reasons.
We want to make it 100% clear: these messages are not from us, and Blossom Agency has no affiliation with the fake website or the people behind it.
We are heartbroken and furious that people are being misled and harmed in our name. If you are one of the individuals who has been affected, we are so sorry. Our team is actively working to report and shut down the scam, and we want to give you all the information we can to help protect yourself and others.
The Scam – What’s Happening
Here’s what we know so far:
Scammers have created a fraudulent website at https://theblossomagency.co (notice the “.co” instead of “.com”) that closely copies the look and content of our real website. This site is not owned or controlled by us. It is designed to mislead people into thinking they are dealing with the real Blossom Agency.
Once people visit the fake site or are contacted through unrelated channels (most commonly WhatsApp), the scammers present false employment offers — often using language and branding copied directly from our real materials. In some cases, individuals have been asked to provide personal information, bank details, or even send money in order to "secure" a position.
This scam is a deliberate and malicious attempt to take advantage of people seeking work in a tough job market. It also damages our reputation, violates our intellectual property, and puts our entire community at risk.
Please know: Blossom Agency will never contact someone out of the blue via WhatsApp for a job opportunity. We do not ask job applicants for money, payments, or deposits of any kind. All legitimate hiring communications will come from a verified @theblossomagency.com email address or through our official website.
